Pre-Birth Preparation: We start with 2-3 pre-birth appointments to help you design your ideal birth plan, answer any questions you might have, and offer peace of mind as you prepare for labor.
Continuous Support During Labor: From the moment labor begins, your doula will be by your side, offering continuous support and guidance. We remain with you throughout the birth, providing 1 to 2 hours of immediate postpartum care to help you settle into your first moments with your newborn.
Post-Birth Check-In: Once you’re home, we continue our care with a follow-up visit within the first week postpartum. We ensure you feel confident in your new role as a parent, providing guidance and support as you bond with your baby.
The first few weeks after giving birth are filled with new challenges and joys. Our postpartum doulas are here to provide the essential support you need during this time of adjustment.
Emotional and Practical Support: Whether it’s offering tips for infant care, helping with light household tasks, or holding your baby while you rest, our postpartum doulas make sure your emotional and practical needs are met.
