Our labor doulas are committed to providing comprehensive care that blends emotional, physical, and informational support at every stage of your journey.
Pre-Birth Preparation: We start with 2-3 pre-birth appointments to help you design your ideal birth plan, answer any questions you might have, and offer peace of mind as you prepare for labor.
Continuous Support During Labor: From the moment labor begins, your doula will be by your side, offering continuous support and guidance. We remain with you throughout the birth, providing 1 to 2 hours of immediate postpartum care to help you settle into your first moments with your newborn.
Post-Birth Check-In: Once you’re home, we continue our care with a follow-up visit within the first week postpartum. We ensure you feel confident in your new role as a parent, providing guidance and support as you bond with your baby.
The first few weeks after giving birth are filled with new challenges and joys. Our postpartum doulas are here to provide the essential support you need during this time of adjustment.
Emotional and Practical Support: Whether it’s offering tips for infant care, helping with light household tasks, or holding your baby while you rest, our postpartum doulas make sure your emotional and practical needs are met.
Birth Center Extended Stay: For those who choose to deliver at the birth center, we offer a 6-hour extended stay option with postpartum doula guidance. This extra time allows you and your baby to transition smoothly from birth center to home.
Home-Based Care: Clients may opt for two 3-hour home-based postpartum support sessions, where we assist with everything from newborn care to daily tasks, ensuring you can focus on recovery and bonding with your baby.

Watching a mother trust in her body’s innate wisdom and power, allowing it to do exactly what it was created to do, is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed. My passion lies in supporting these mothers, helping them release any fears or anxieties about the birth process, so they can embrace the moment fully and confidently. My ultimate goal is to take the fear out of birth, empowering each family to trust in the natural process. I feel truly privileged and humbled every time I have the opportunity to be part of such a transformative and sacred experience.
